Random Healthy Tip for the Day

As I am cutting out sugar I needed an alternative to have with my cereal… So I thought, why not fruit? This morning I had All Bran Flakes with banana!!! It was sooooo good!! Way better than with sugar. You should try it…

(maybe I’ll try raisins tomorrow…)
